1. Information We Collect

Our products may collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the experience. This may include app usage events, device and operating-system information, app version, crash information, and diagnostic data.

We do not intentionally collect personal information unless it is required for a feature you choose to use or you provide it directly to us.

2. AIRTIS Artwork and Files

Artwork and documents you create in AIRTIS are intended to remain under your control. Lone Studio does not claim ownership of your artwork. Files stored locally on your device are not uploaded to Lone Studio merely because you create or edit them.

3. Analytics and Diagnostics

We may use analytics and diagnostic services to understand how our apps are used, identify crashes, measure reliability, and improve features. This information may include interactions with app features and general technical information about the device or app installation.

4. How We Use Information

Information we receive may be used to provide and maintain our products, diagnose technical problems, improve performance and usability, understand feature usage, prevent abuse, and develop new features.

5. Third-Party Services

Our products may rely on third-party platforms or services for functions such as app distribution, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, or other infrastructure. Those providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.

6. Data Retention and Security

We aim to retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent or another lawful basis is required. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
